Disgraceful company. I paid for first class signed for delivery back in June 2020. The items were irreplaceable family photos some over 90 years old. these items were lost, and even though I complained it took them weeks to get back to me with a pathetic £50 'goodwill' gesture, and a so called apology written by a robot.
Disgusting company, pathetic customer service, no remorse for losing irreplaceable items, will never use them again.
