To be honest before the pandemic you were ok. Just shows as simple as a small hiccup in the system and a national company like yourselves cant handle anything dont know youre ar*e from your elbow. Hermes have been more reliable by far an thats saying somethin.
Even now the UK us pretty much back to normal its still taking near a week for a 24/48hr service to arrive. Its disgusting.
