Very poor delivery times, i can hear the cry's of 'covid-19' now but the other couriers are delivering all okay and on time?!?!?!?
The tracking does not 'happen' until the parcel has been delivered or attempted......I live in a flat village hardly the north face of the eiger! Took just 4 days to get a small parcel from China to the UK (updates all along the way) but as soon as it got into Royal Mail hands, no updates and the trail goes cold - pathetic....
They should be 'stripped' of the Royal title - perhaps 'Unresponsive Mail' might be more suitable?
