worse tracking system of all...said the item was being delivered between 8am and 12pm (a generous enough window)..its 3.15 pm, no sign of the item, no update, the tracking assistant just says what i already know and when I use the Track and Trace part of their website, it repeatedly throws up captcha things to click on endlessly
