Royal Mail have gone from the best to the worse in just a few years. There tracking numbers are useless. There website is terrible. Now you even have to click silly little pictures with traffic lights or bicycles to check tracking only to be told tracking is not available until AFTER they attempt delivery? Chocolate fireguard springs to mind.
