Completely ruined my flight schedule.
I ordered a COVID-19 home test kit and had to send it to the lab through Royal Mail. The parcel had the priority sticker on, but it took them 5 days to deliver it. By the time it arrived, it was at least 2 days too late - causing me to potentially miss a flight that I paid over £4000 for.
Thanks a lot Royal Mail. I want my £4000 back.
