I ordered a parcel from Ukraine that was posted by special delivery on the 4 August. I tracked it through to its arrival in the UK which was on the 21 August. The parcel has now sat in Langley UK for 8 weeks without moving. The parcel has taken near three months to arrive and when I phoned Royal Mail they said it should be released by customs any day now so I am still awaiting its delivery. The system is not fit for purpose use a reputable carrier and not the useless Royal Mail.
