A click and drop delivery (to Jersey) left with them on 9th Oct still hasn’t arrived on 19th October and tracking hasn’t updated since 9th ! My eBay buyer wants his money back. My claim has been acknowledged but phoning is pointless and you hold forever and I get no response from Twitter and there is no live chat.
