They really need to get there act in order, domestic 1st class deliveries are taking a week, the covid excuse is no longer good enough, other couriers are delivering on time. they have been poor for the last three years but they have not improved whatsoever and make up the same BS excuses every time.
They should not be the main delivery service of the UK, extortionate prices for sub par service.
