Ruined an authentic Persian carpet. The dark colors spread into the pale ones. Ruined another all wool carpet. They must have used hot water and hard detergent, as it came back very dull and completely flattened out. They gave me the run around for days. The boss or supervisor, to whom we were referred to, was never there, nor returned our calls. Very poor custom service. They refused to pay us any amount for replacing our carpets, mentioning that their customer satisfaction guarantee did not cover the fact that their work ruined our carpets. Finally,it is only after an argument did they agree to finally reimburse us for the cleaning fees they had charged us to begin with. If you have wool or expensive carpets, DO NOT use their services!
