“Disappointed in many respects. This used to be our go-to company for yearly duct cleaning and, in the past, they were reliable and professional. Unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case. In February 2026, we booked a Monday morning appointment and were told someone would call us on Friday with our time slot. Nobody called. I followed up Friday afternoon and was told someone would get back to me. Again, nothing. Monday came around, I took the day off work, and we waited all day without a single call or update. When I contacted the company, I was told they had no record of our appointment. Despite this experience, I decided to give them another chance and booked a second appointment in April. A few days beforehand, an urgent situation came up and I called more than 72 hours in advance to see whether we could reschedule. Instead of working with us, one of the managers pressured us into keeping the appointment because changing it would “throw off his scheduling.” My husband ended up rearranging an already stressful day to stay home for the crew. When the technicians arrived, the work itself was completed, but the professionalism was lacking. They left our dirty air filter on the floor, debris from the vents throughout the house, and they miscounted the number of vents, resulting in an overcharge. Fortunately, I had previous invoices confirming the correct number of vents, as absolutely nothing has changed in our home or duct system. I contacted the company the same day regarding the overcharge and was initially told it was an error on their part and that a corrected invoice would be emailed to me. It never arrived. I followed up again Friday and was told the refund request was visible in their system and that someone would call me Monday. Once again, no call and no communication. When I called back Monday, I was suddenly told they would NOT reimburse the extra vents because the technicians “knew what they counted,” despite every previous invoice showing eight fewer vents. After being placed on hold, I spoke to Daniel, who seemed irritated from the outset and repeatedly cut me off while I was trying to understand the discrepancy. Customer service and professionalism were clearly not priorities. At this point, I am still waiting for the corrected invoice and reimbursement. After years of being loyal customers, this experience was incredibly disappointing. I sincerely hope management takes a serious look at both their customer service practices and their internal organization because the current level of communication, accountability, and professionalism is simply not acceptable.”

“Vraiment déçue du service, techniciens impatients et désagréables, qui se promènent dans la maison sans protège souliers, super condescendants, me parlait comme si j'étais une enfant. Au tarif exhorbitant (485$ pour 1.15 de travail pour 2 gars), j'aurais cru avoir un service respecteux.”

“The service was everything but Royal! 1- they felt more comfortable in my home than I did! one technician started to talk to me and explaining the nonsense in the basement and I suddenly remarked that all this time, the other guy was exploring every room and closet in the second floor by himself. I knew the scope of the job, but explanations was useless to them, reasoning was useless to them!!!! Inside my home, they did whatever they wanted to do ... I called off the service at the beginning and really wanted to call cops because I felt overwhelmed by the two guys. Its interesting because they seek my 100% trust while they didn't trust me when I said there are no duct in some rooms.... 2- The technician added totally unnecessary tasks without my approval and then to the bill. One example was toilet ceiling fans which were not connected to central air system (in fact, I replaced their ducts in the attic few days before calling these guys). Another annoying thing was that in order to reach toilet fans, they stood on the toilet bowl with their shoes. They don't have their own ladder! and they obviously don't clean their vacuum cleaner frequently: I have the same industrial vacuum they use! as soon as they started to run their own, my home suddenly became polluted by a lot of dust on air. My first and last time calling these guys!”
