This is a terrible company with horrific customer service! They were suppose to pick up my Persian rugs for cleaning between 3-5 pm and I received a call at 2:56 and then another call at 3:05 pm informing me that they had "tried to call me many time today" and now are canceling the appointment. When I finally reached someone at 3:45 pm I was rudely asked "how many times do you want us to call a client" and that her "guy is already at home" and the appointment is canceled! Terrible company! I am in the middle of a large move and was counting on them to take my rugs to clean and deliver them to my new home, as promised!
