thanks for the firecape, reason why I rated good and not excellent is because it took about 2 days after I made payment for service to start. I was told it would start on saturday by live chat rep. then Had to come back on sunday to find out when they will do it since nothing was done. finally live rep reached out to player and confirmed it will be completed sunday. thanks for everything!
