“They are not legit. Do not buy an account from them. One that I purchased was recovered in under 3 month and they were absolutely no help. Not worth using this website 0/10 they just make you wait days before giving you a reply and then they offered me a discount not worth it”

“Permanent Ban - Do not trust this website - they will hold no accountability even if evidences indicated that they made a mistake This would be my first time writing a very bad review. I did not want to have things end like this. Last November 20, I asked to be quoted for 3 services that would be paid by OSRS GP. When we agreed with the pricing, I first asked if this service and transaction is safe (unbannable) in which the staff replied with yes. We proceeded with the trade and they used a low level account for it. Being guaranteed safety by their team, I went ahead with the transaction and the boost started. Later in the day, I was notified by their staff that my account got Permanently banned. I was in distraught. There was no recent transaction on the account other than theirs and historically, they are the only ones I've been transacting with. I've received no warnings from Jagex in the past and yet, I get slammed by a perma ban immediately. I've calmly reported the facts to the Management team of RPG Stash and the resolution was "10% account voucher and 10M gp as start-up funds". My main account had a bank value of 2.38B and the infernal cape run was about 1B. They do not want to admit to their own negligence in handling it the transaction: 1. They used a low level account who could have been flagged by jagex for RWT resulting in an immediate perma ban on my part. 2. Should they have said that there would be risks, I wouldn't have gone through the transaction. Clearly the ones handling the chat just wants to get the sale and doesn't care about the repercussion of the buyer. 3. The Manager who e-mailed me, after explaining thoroughly the events and history of the account, even tried accusing me if I have other external people who handled my account. I told them that I only had them handle my account. All purchased items and GP from the past, I've only got it from them. Their traders are compromised and does not want to acknowledge it. Even Suggested I buy in increments in which I have done so in the past. I asked them to check my historical purchases and yet their minds are close about it. A favorable resolution was to reimburse me of the bank value+amount traded that led to the ban in a form of a cash back. I even resulted in just refunding the amount traded and did not mind the value of the bank and the value of the account (progress wise, unlockables and achievements). All I was asking was for accountability with what happened. They will just find some fault with the buyer even if all evidences pointed out that they genuinely f**cked up. I urge future buyers to stay away from this site. If you love your account, get out while its not too late. I've learned my lesson and I won't be making the same mistakes. I hope the next potential customers would learn from my testimony. P.S. I've also sent screenshots of the conversation with the staff + the traded amount and the bank value and I am willing to share this with potential future customers to ensure that this does not happen again.”

“PURCHASED A SCYTHE OF VIRTUS AND 150M. took hours to recieve my order in full. Then when it came to trading the scythe the person serving my was shifty and took almost 5 minutes to accept. After receiving what I purchased I ended up being warned for real world trading and then further banned temporarily whilst jagex removed what I had purchased from my account. I've now waited 4 days for someone tondeal with my case and have been offered a bandos godsword of 16m value to compensate my 1.65 bil osrs loss and my ban this is not the first time this has happened with this company. they are shady when it comes to their promotions also. Now I have the company asking me to write positive reviews for something I've lost because if them. And all they can suggest I do is not buy there gold service as it is not safe and only buying items is. And rebuy the item at my own expense.”

“I’ve placed multiple order with this website. Terrible customer service. Trying to order what they considered a custom item. After sending a link more than four times and me responding more than three times proving the link didn’t work took over 45 minutes before I could finally be get someone to confirm a refund. Terrible customer service”

“So I got a lvl service 10-25 because those are the worst to grind and I work nights. So not easy to find groups to gain those. Anyway, I paid for the service then an hour or so later they asked me for more money. Because they gave me the wrong price. So I paid it. Come to find out they DELETED my original character tried to rename it the same name and f***ed that up even. They had grushed me through the entire game and got me to lvl 25. Which isn't what I asked for. So they messed up and made ME PAY FOR IT without knowing until after the fact. Do not let these people on your account. They do what they please. No refund. No apology. Nothing. F**k You RPG stash”
