Some items were not delivered or as described, despite confirmation via chat. Poor customer service, no refund and told to complain to CEO. Strong deterioration of customer service, delivery and chat support. Many things went wrong with this order. They claimed to have items in stock but did not. I checked the status of items, received confirmation of availability, yet they failed to deliver. This happened with two separate orders. I have spent $500 over the last few months. I was told to contact management and the CEO, which I already did, but received no response. I asked for a refund for the non-delivery of items and was again told to contact the CEO. It’s a lottery. Buyer beware.
