They waited until my order was processed, and money removed from my account before letting me know i had to upload a image of my ID showing my name, date of birth and last of my ID/License number. i Used paypal. Then when i asked for a refund i was told could take 3 to 5 Business days. i was taking screen shots of the conversation. Glad i was. Because parts where i said this feel likes a scam, and such ...some how came up missing in the chat screen. glad i have the screen shots. After i started talking about it being a scam.. i had my refund in a few minutes. seems like a sketchy place. won't be going back
