I used these to get my fire cape after many, many frustrated failures on my own.
I was very sceptical at first and very worried that I was going to either lose my character or have my bank emptied.
Everything was fine. They took about 4hrs to complete the service and nothing was missing. I can't recommend these enough.
The only minor comment was that they resized my screen and changed some settings. It was nothing I couldn't put right again in about 15 mins though.
Overall, I'm very pleased.
If the need arises, I will definitely use them again.
