It's a ok site doesn't seem like there is a lot of customer port. All the Help links sends you to some completely different thing. Luckily I didn't need any help. Also with selling stuff like those lucky crates there should be a message in the first email you get about how it's going to and when. The first email I got said nothing about how to collect my order then 15 min later I got a email about when it was going to come. Only suggestion is changing that.
