I always used to purchase OSRS gold from them without problems. Now they ask for personal verification AFTER you send them payment. So they kept both the money I sent and the gold I paid for. Very deceptive and dishonest trading practices. I'm still waiting for them to send me my refund which they say will take up to 48 hours. It's totally unfair. I tried to contact admin but they're never around when you need them.
