Fast, easy, and simple. I needed some bonds in OSRS, so I used RS Gold Mine to get them. I always buy membership this way because it's usually cheaper than paying via the RS website, and I benefit from the extra gp after getting my bonds. It said the wait was 5-10 minutes for delivery, but the trader showed up in less than one after I confirmed I was ready. My only complaint is that using PayPal costs almost 5% extra.
