I told RSPCA today that a dog is screeming every day, it sounds like in pain and been neglected, it sounds like a puppy. I was asked by a lady on phone does it have water food and shelter to which I replied I can't see from where I am, she said if it has they can't send anyone around. Then she said call the council to report a noisy dog. She also said puppy's often screem. Can you believe they are supposed to be preventing animal cruelty?. Where's compassion and reality? I'm going to sort it out myself.
