rude arrogant uncaring cynical nasty the operator taking my report did everything in her power not to support not to donate and not to report local cruelty going on in my area of a cat involving a neighbour she should not be there taking wages for her approach obviously did nit want to be there for this charity
should be called s.p.c.a u.k drop the royal royal about it and i hate the queen!
