Due to funding and the climate we live under, this and the last government's funding is non existent, making the job of the RSPCA incredibly difficult and the amount of animals being abandoned due to us living in incredibly difficult times, not our fault but very sad and choices have to be made however difficult and it is.
The new advert is amazing and hope that it pulls at heart strings to make people think before making unfortunate choices. Well done RSPCA.
