Waste of a phone call. I gave all details of a neglected dog. On the phone 15 minutes. Told of my concern. Put me on hold then came back saying they wont be doing anything. It is a clear case of neglect which is on my mind and wont go away. I thought making this phonecall for help for the dog would also help me but i feel worse now for the dog. Rspca wont help.
