One of the people who work where I do called them about a cat who had been transported there in a container bin, it's a very dangerous place with lorries and heavy machinery moving around all day, plus it's been very hot recently and they wouldn't come out and do anything, absolutely nothing. It's disgusting from a place that's meant to help animals, luckily enough I myself found the owners via a Facebook missing pets page for that specific town, really a big let down by them
