Their IT site is old, outdated and doesn’t work for reporting missing animals. It is just not functioning. Then when you call you can’t get through. After a few days someone called me back then when transferring me hung up on me. RSPCA is just running like a shabby system and it is very disappointing on all levels. Nothing works. There is no customer resolution department. Everything is just badly inning or not running at all.
