Never again will I contact the RSPCA or make any donation to them. I spent an hour in a queue on the phone yesterday and got nowhere as I got cut off. called again them this morning about a pigeon with a broken wing and was told to take him to the vet as it needed specialist care. I told them I could not catch it due to my age, condition and lack of transport. I was told to try other organisations. Great . My donation will go to "other organisation" if I do find any, which I have done without success either.
