If I could give no stars I would. Neighbour went in to hospital 3 months ago. Left black lab and cockerel inside a tiny house. The son visits most days for 10 - 20 mins and lets dog out in the yards. The house is in squaller. The dog sits alone with rags for bedding, on a hard kitchen floor. RSPCA only bothered if the animals are in immediate danger. I assume that means about to or have died due to lack of water. Offered no help. I will NEVER donate to this "charity" again.
