Called RSPCA out for an unwell dog chained to a washing line in a yard, no food, no water, no shelter. Was told that they didn’t have the resources to send someone out but told me to jump the fence and give it water. When asked what happens when the owners see the water and just take it away. Their response was to tell me that I can legally jump the fence until the owner tells me to leave, as only then am I trespassing. Doesn’t help the dog now does it.
