Called to report a malnourished, neglected horse chained up and the INCREDIBLY RUDE man that answered the phone was so UNHELPFUL and disgustingly blasé. For a rescue charity, they care frighteningly little for animals. Have cancelled my donation that has been a direct debit for years. Funnily enough, this website won't even let me post pictures of the animals to strengthen my claim.
Disgusting.
