Called to make a complaint about dog cruelty, my neighbours dog is tied to a post in the middle of the backyard and even can’t move a metre, no shade, water or food. I was just told by the RSPCA phone operator it didn’t sound like an emergency and that there officers are too busy and only investigate emergencies and that I should contact police assistance line.
RSPCA are useless
