Just tried to report disease dying cat hanging around our back garden alleyway.usual response we can't come out to help, disgusting. I don't have a car. Nobody talks to me around here. And I'm disabled. Poor animal is suffering, looking for sanctuary. But he looks really diseased I'm scared the cats including mine will catch this.
