Has got to be one of the worst charity / organisations I’ve had the misfortune to request their services of.
A cumbersome website, only superseded in the deficiency by the unhelpful call taker, who’s main objective was to avoid any action to be taken in my report of a dog suspected in being neglected. I wouldn’t bother. Complicit in the suffering, unless a box is ticked where they are forced into action.
