Ordered a Seiko watch. It arrived quickly via FedEx to the USA. Watch is very nice but the lock on the mesh bracelet doesn't stay locked. Emailed them about the issue and got a reply from a "Pritam" asking me to go to a watch repair shop and buy a strap. I am assuming they shipped a watch with a broken strap and it's my responsibility to buy a strap at my expense so that I can wear it. I read their responses to some of the "not so good" reviews and noticed a pattern of "apologizing" and at the same time telling the customer to go "pound sand". I previously ordered a Spinnaker watch directly from Spinnaker and had a small issue. Spinnaker took care of it immediately with absolutely no hesitations. Creation Watches gave me poor customer service when it was needed the most. A lesson learned!
