AVOID CREATION WATCHES - AWFUL SERVICE
I bought a watch on the 13th of October 2023.
5 weeks later I still have not received it: Creation Watches is unable to provide any useful information, they just redirect me to the track and trace of Singapore Post, which says the parcel is being held by the customs of the country of destination. I cannot contact the customs directly, the local post service cannot help either unless the sender starts an inquiry. Again, CreationWatches does not seem to care and does not take any action
