Absolutely thrilled with my purchase and experience. Bought the watch off the website, which as usual I’m a little cautious about doing. Creation Watches made the process very simple and easy to keep track of things. Was kept in contact via email updating me on the process and my watch came from half way around the world, and then some. It was as if it was their priority, no delays, straight through and simple and it came a day early. No need to chat to any online people or call anyone because I felt as if I was in the dark. Very very Happy with the service. If I should need another watch I will definitely consider Creation Watches again.
