My recent purchase was a Seiko model aimed at the Japanese market and i do not reside in Japan. The web-based ordering process easy enough and i used the Paypal option since this transaction was my first with CW. I was nervous purchasing a fairly pricey watch but the people at CW answered all my questions quickly and that calmed me down. Packaging was 100% secure and arrived at my house in perfect condition. All the original Seiko documentation (and box) was supplied with the watch including the Seiko warranty card. This watch definitely 100% new as promised on the website! The shipment was via EMS and not DHL even though i choose DHL as my first choice. My order was placed on 24/02/2017 and delivery (at my local post office in South Africa) was on 08/03/2017. Pricing for the watch was average but CW had stock while the lower priced competitor did not have stock. Buying via the internet always has some amount of risk, i will use CW again as i now have experience with them. They are a legitimate supplier. Marius South Africa
