Very poor communication regarding customs duties during the purchasing process. I purchased an item believing the site was EU-based when instead the item was shipped and imported from Singapore with an additional cost burden of almost 100% in customs duties and taxes that were listed as zero on the sales invoice. No clarity about additional costs. Seller not recommended.
