I have purchased six watches this year from Creation Watches. The last two watches I received had problems.
One had a dead battery.
The second had been used and the bracelet had scratches on it. I had purchased all but one of these as presents and I was unable to give the last two as gifts.
Creation suggests that I take the scratched bracelet to a Citizen service centre for repair. Without any offer to cover the bill.
