Creationwatches is the worst company I have ever dealt with when buying a watch! Be warned - they do not sell Citizen watches with a Citizen box. They send a Seiko box. Yes, utterly bizarre but true! Please read the 1 star reviews to see the full details of their utterly useless customer service!
