Great CSAT
Ordered a watch on the 1st, shipped on 3rd and delivered on 7th.
The customer service is prompt and courteous.
Though I'd to pay nearly half the value of the watch as duty (hope they included a "mark as gift" option)
The watch itself (Seiko SNZG15) arrived in a pouch with box received separately is great!!
All in all, a good experience. First of many.
