Don't expect to get any help from these people after the 1 year warranty period has expired. They write clearly on their webpage that there is an extended two year warranty given by them. That they don't want to acknowledge. And the Seiko authorized distributor of Scandinavian did not want to touch the watch since Creation watches are not an authorized dealer.
