Returned my watch for a warranty repair in July and every time I ask for an update, I’m told to be patient and they will provide an update. Then silence... I chase them again a few weeks later, and they tell me to be patient, that they will provide a update. Then silence... In October, they finally said that, if they hadn’t returned the watch in November, I could have a refund or replacement. So it’s now November, and there’s still no sign of my watch. And when I ask for them to honour their promise of a refund or a replacement they, again, tell me to be patient and they will get back to me. And then silence...
