Disgusting customer service. This business is staffed by rude, ineffectual and ignorant people. Having bought from them, they refuse to issue a VAT invoice depsite asking over a dozen times over the course of 8 weeks. Ask to speak to a manager and they simply hang up the phone. God only knows what service you will get if you ever need to make a warrarnty claim or return a purchase - do yourself a favour and buy from a professional organisation not these jokers.
