Belt arrived in a plastic bag and no OE packing, so looking back it must have been a fake part. Will be sending it to Gates for investigation of counterfeit parts and contacting trading standards.”
“Ordered from RTG on the 5th of june wiper motor was meant to arrive within 48 hours. Never arrived contacted on the 12th of june as royal mail office have said it was delivered, and showed me a picture of a completely different address. And told me to contact the seller

Despite numerous phone calls that were never answered and emails that were never replied to I had to purchase from another source and pay for fitting. Why is this company still allowed to trade, when it appears to have been reported to trading standards on a number of occasions ?”
