I posted a review of this company earlier and have now had the issue resolved. i am happy to update my review and have changed my star rating from 1 to 4. this was what i wrote previously:-
Purchased a rear wiper motor. with a 5 year warranty. it broke after less than 2 years ( this is a rear wiper motor and is not often used) Tried to contact TRG motors and got no response so i have advised trading standards of their practices.
i advised not to deal with them but:-
They have now replaced the faulty item.
Sometimes you have to correct things when they are wrong. they did that. it took time but i have amended my review in response”

“Disgusting customer service. This business is staffed by rude, ineffectual and ignorant people. Having bought from them, they refuse to issue a VAT invoice depsite asking over a dozen times over the course of 8 weeks. Ask to speak to a manager and they simply hang up the phone. God only knows what service you will get if you ever need to make a warrarnty claim or return a purchase - do yourself a favour and buy from a professional organisation not these jokers.”
“I ordered a MAF Sensor from them. When it arrived it seemed to be perfectly fine. Untill I plug it into the car and go for a drive. Within 5 minutes the EML light was on and the car was cutting out. Fitted another one that was from a well known brand from a differnt seller and the car was running perfectly and smoothly.
