Bought multiple products. 2 big cooler, coozie, ice packs and a rack for the cooler. Most are good. But the warranty on soft cooler stinks. The customer service Felisa is unreal . I will not but an other Rtic product. Or ever recommended it. Garbage
Your product can be good but if your service stinks. Then your company will fail.
No need for brand loyalty anymore.
