Six WEEKS after returning a $240 cooler & accessories after only opening the box, TWO weeks after calling Customer Service and being assured they received the return and my Visa would be refunded within 5 to 7 days -- I'm still waiting for the refund. Do I have to call YET AGAIN for a response? If RTIC is short staffed in the summer, please hire up. I got this as a gift that didn't work out, but never again.
