Was gifted a gallon jug 3 yrs ago. Loved it until I lost the lid. Well turns out they no longer make those lids so now this jug is completely obsolete. I emailed and they told me to call customer service to request the lid who informed me that they don't have any. Seems crazy that something is completely worthless only after 3 yrs and you cant get a replacement part. You can get replacement parts for an oven from the 70's. Guess they don't care about replacing parts. They just want you to buy more.
