I bought the Ultra Light 32 quart cooler. It arrived scratched, but I still kept the cooler. After using it 6 times, the outer shell near the rubber feet broke away. I called them to make a warranty claim and they said they would not warranty their flimsy outer shell. I am very disappointed with the quality of this cooler. My Yeti cooler is much more durable and temperature resistant. Don't purchase Rtic coolers! It's terrible quality for the price.
